We're delighted to have you stay with us! To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all guests, we've established the following house rules ,terms and policies.

Check-in/Check-out

- Check-in: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM (photo ID and credit card required) Minimum age 18 years old for check-in. (early check-in available with extra fees and advance notice)
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM (late check-out available with extra fees and advance notice)

Guest Information

- Guests under 18 must check-in with a parent or official guardian
- Guests must provide address details, phone number, and email when booking

Parking

- One complimentary surface parking stall per unit (additional parking: $15.00/day, subject to availability)
- Electric vehicle charging station: $10.00/charge

Noise and Guests

- Maximum property capacity: 28 guests
- Two-bedroom units: maximum 6 guests
- Three-bedroom units: maximum 8 guests
- Extra guest fee: $50.00/person/night
- Quiet time: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Child Safety

- Parents responsible for children's safety at all times
- Children under 15 must not be left unattended
- No glasses allowed in children's play area

Pets

- Allowed in designated suites only (arrangements must be made in advance)
- Pet deposit and fees apply
- Clean up after pets and keep them off furniture

Smoking

- Not allowed on the property
- Cigarette butts must be disposed of correctly

Damages & Breakages

- Report any damages or breakages immediately
- Refrain from moving furniture to avoid damages
- Cost of damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from security deposit

Cleaning & Maintenance

- No eating or drinking in bedrooms
- Wash dishes and throw out garbage and recycle materials before checkout (or $50.00 extra cleaning fee applies)
- Turn off electronics when leaving the suites-Turn off air- conditioning if going to be out of suites more than an hour.

Cancellation Policy

- Non-Refundable Policy: No refund after booking
Standard policy : Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival, minus 10% administration fee

Prepayment Policy

- Total reservation price required at any time
- Accepted payment methods: credit cards (with 3% transaction fee), bank transfers, cash, and debit cards

Children Rates

- Children 2 and under: free
- Children 3-15: CAD 25.00/child/night
- Children 16 and above: extra guest fee of $50.00

Hotel Liability

- PeachView Suites shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Loss or theft of personal property
- Injury or death on the premises
- Failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or unforeseen events
- Any other circumstances beyond the hotel's reasonable control

Guests agree to hold harmless PeachView Suites, its officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, demands, or damages arising from their stay.

Additional Rules

- No alcohol, drugs, or smoking on the property
- No running in hallways
- Respect neighbors' privacy
- No tampering with fire safety equipment or sprinklers
- Guests will be held liable for misconduct (minimum fine $500.00/incident)
- Keep fire doors closed at all times, except when entering or exiting

Anyone found smoking on property will be held liable for misconduct (minimum fine $150.00/Incident)
